Project description:

A total refurbishment and modernization of a 80s house, only the roof and wall structure remained, some internal layout has been altered and improved, an extra master en-suite is created simply by moving an internal partition wall and relocate a bedroom door.

The client now also enjoys double height spacious living/dining rooms with large full height window and an outlook of resort like palm trees and a little mini golf patting area in the back yard.
