Project description:

A total refurbishment and modernization of a mansion in one of Sydney’s most prestigious suburbs of Mosman overlooking Balmoral beach, only the roof and wall structure remained, most of internal layout has been altered and improved, internal wall has been removed on ground floor to create a large and continuous living/dining room, entry lobby is separated by a simple and elegant frosted glass screen. An extra master en-suite is created by altering the existing angles walls; the master en-suite is inspired by Japanese hot spring bathhouse style.

The sitting room upstairs is a continuation of the existing Italian Tuscany style, a spa and infinity edge water pond are added to the upper deck terrace best taking advantages of the amazing ocean outlook. Children’s double bunk bed has a slippery dip. Timber deck cantilever over the pool which created a holiday resort look and feel.
