Project description:

This is a major urban development in the heart of Shenzhen Bay CBD, it consists of a 500m tall iconic skyscraper, which promotes green energy principles, and cultural centre with museums, theatres, retail and commercial centres. Vertical and horizontal urban spaces intertwined with one another. A ring road connecting the whole CBD district including the marine museum, which floats on the water of the near harbour.
